Travel to train station Arvika. It is located on Stockholm – Oslo railway line and therefore is fairly easily accesible from most of the places in Scandinavia. The journey takes about 3 hours. Find the schedules and tickets here: www.sj.se
After that look for the bus no. 51 to Ingesund. It leaves just from Arvika railway station. You have to go to the end stop Ingesunds Musikhögskola and you will arrive at the door of the school. Check the timetable at www.varmlandstrafik.se because the buses don’t run very often. Type in Arvika Järnvägsstationen as a starting point and Ingesunds Musikhögskola as a final stop.
Stockholm Arlanda and Oslo Gardermoen are the closest big airports.
When arriving at Stockholm Arlanda, you can take either Bus to Stockholm City (it will arrive at Stockholm railway station) – check the schedules and tickets at www.flygbussarna.se, www.arlandaexpress.se or Train to Stockholm C – www.sj.se
After that travel to train station Arvika. The journey takes about 3 hours. Tickets and schedules at www.sj.se
Then look for the bus no. 51 to Ingesund.
Alternatively you can take a bus directly from Arlanda airport to Karlstad (www.swebus.se, www.nettbuss.se ) and after that take a train Karlstad C – Arvika (www.sj.se ).
When arriving at Oslo Gardermoen, you can take either
NSB train to Oslo S (Central station) - check the schedules and tickets at www.nsb.no or Flytoget express train to Oslo Central station - www.flytoget.no
After that take the Stockholm train and take off in Arvika. The journey takes about 2 hours. Schedules and tickets at www.sj.se
On weekends there is a connection from Oslo Lufthavn (airport) to Arvika without going through Oslo. In this case check www.nsb.no
When arriving in Arvika look for the bus no. 51 to Ingesund.
